We hope you are doing home dental care for your pet.  Do you brush your dogs teeth?  Always use a toothpaste made for dogs and never use a human toothpaste as it can upset your dogs’ stomach.  Most dogs learn to enjoy having their teeth brushed.

Most pets also need professional dental cleanings and since they can’t sit in a chair, hold still and hold their mouths open for us, it is a procedure which requires anesthesia.  Leaving the tartar and bacteria on their teeth can cause oral infections which can travel and do irreversible damage to your pets’ major organs.  Read more »
