We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality, friendly veterinary care for your best friends with the utmost integrity. Our team members participate in weekly training, monthly staff meetings and periodic continuing education classes, seminars and courses each year.
Shannon R. Wisenbarger – Practice Manager/Veterinary Technician
Shannon previously worked in Grove City at Broadway Veterinary Hospital between May 1993 and December 2007 and then moved with the doctors and some staff members to Concord Chapel Animal Hospital. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associates degree in Animal Science/Veterinary Technician. She became a licensed veterinary technician both in Virginia and Ohio. Shannon also achieved a B.S. degree in Animal Science in 1999 from The Ohio State University. She has worked in the veterinary field since 1984, and her experience has been invaluable as Shannon knows the inner workings of our hospital better than anybody.
Shannon stays busy keeping up with her Miniature Schnauzer, Logan, involved in obedience and agility trials, two cats (Huckleberry and Alli), and a yellow-naped Amazon parrot named Zach. Shannon lives in Grove City with her husband, Roger, and their sons, William and Nicholas. She enjoys outdoor activities, swimming and spending time with her family and pets.
Shannon keeps a positive attitude, excels under pressure and helps create a very efficient working environment.

Mary Aliff, Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Receptionist
Mary has been in the veterinary industry since 2002. She is very pleasant, easy going and is able to super serve in all areas of the hospital.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and reading.
Mary shares her life with two wonderful two dogs and one adorable cat.

Caitlin Breiteneicher, Veterinary Assistant
Caitlin is an OSU student studying animal science. Caitlin has aspirations of becoming a livestock veterinarian or a geneticist.
Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors, working in the barn, spending time at any lake and taking her dogs to the park. Her family includes her dogs, Dakota, Sam and Mac
Caitlin is an enthusiastic team member with a “can-do” attitude.

Becky Davis, Veterinary Technician
Becky graduated from Columbus State Community College with a Veterinary Technician degree in March 2007. Also, she acquired a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University in 1982. She also has two years of schoolwork applied toward a Masters degree in Equine Nutrition.
Becky brings a lot of veterinary experience with her, having worked in the field for 30 years, mostly as a veterinary assistant and animal caretaker. Eighteen of those 30 years were spent working for the OSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
Becky lives in Hilliard on five acres ,in the country with her daughter Katie. Katie stays busy playing golf, softball, and the viola. They have two cats, a calico named Amber and a tortie named Hazel. Becky enjoys needlework, reading (mostly fantasy), and gardening. She loves hiking in the Canadian Rockies, her most favorite place on the planet. When she is not driving her daughter Katie to all of her many activities, she also enjoys sitting on the front porch with her kitties.
Becky is very gently and caring. She does a great job taking care of our patients and our clients.

Katherine Gibson, Veterinary Technician
Katherine realized that she wanted a career helping animals when she was in the second grade.
She graduated from Columbus State with a Veterinary Technology Associate Degree of Applied Science.
Her family includes her husband, Ethan and their dogs; Graham and Major, two turtles, two rats, a 50 gallon fish tank and two female cats, named Mike and Jo. Katherine enjoys quilting, reading and volunteering with church activities.
Katherine keeps the surgery room in order and pays great attention to details.
Wanda Hogan-Aycock, Receptionist
Wanda graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a degree in business and has owned her own business for 19 years.
She is active with Bible Study Fellowship International. She also works with three year olds at her church. In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking and reading a great book. Wanda enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, two parakeets, three cats and dog. They have lived in Grove City, Ohio since 1998.
Wanda enjoys working at the front desk and offers kindness to everyone in person and over the phone. Wanda has a helpful attitude and has even done split shifts to help out when needed.
Laura Ledbetter, Receptionist
She is a former high school science teacher with a degree in biology and botany and a masters in curriculum instruction.
When she’s not smiling and making our clients comfortable here, she enjoys being a wife, mom, spending time with friends and family, crocheting, knitting, working out and gardening. Laura lives in Grove City with her husband Jeff, daughters Layle, Lydia and Lexi and their dogs, Aramis and Dart, one bird and their cat, Madison.
Laura is a conscientious team member who is self motivated. Laura goes above and beyond what is expected of her and has even helped clean kennels when needed.
Cindy Luhring – Veterinary Technician/Behavior Consultant
Cindy makes all of the pets feel comfortable and loved. She is an experienced veterinary technician with great skills. We are happy to have Cindy as part of our team at Concord Chapel Animal Hospital.

Margie Rado, Veterinary Technician
Margie has been working as a Veterinary Technician since 1992. During college and after college, Margie worked at The Columbus Zoo in the bird department.
Margie has a love for learning, applying herself and takes pride in doing a great job. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology in 1989, graduated from Columbus State Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Vet Tech in 1994. Margie is currently a student at Columbus State Community College studying Surgical Technology.
Margie lives in Upper Arlington and loves two dogs, one cat, one rabbit and a bird. She has a special interest in exotics and wildlife. She enjoys gardening, boating and decorating.
Margie has a great smile and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Jennifer Sheridan, Veterinary Technician
Jennifer works at Kroger and enjoys working at Concord Chapel Animal Hospital too.
Jennifer is a graduate of Columbus State. Jennifer lives in Grove City with her husband James and their dogs.
She always comes in ready to do whatever task needs completed. She loves working with the caring staff and enjoys the learning experience her job provides.
