Patient Arrival Policy

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits to Concord Chapel Animal Hospital, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, Concord Chapel Animal Hospital operates primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Day Admission

For your convenience, “Day Admission” appointments are available. A day admission means you could bring your pet (that we have seen previously) at the time that works best for you and leave him/her at Concord Chapel Animal Hospital for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to have your pet admitted to the hospital sometime in the morning so our veterinarians can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the veterinarian has completed your pets examination, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, Concord Chapel Animal Hospital accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. Checks are accepted after you are an established client.

Privacy Policy

Concord Chapel Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients and patients when visiting the hospital or the website and also those individuals who simply visit our site. At no time is any information given out about the client or the patient without consent of the client.

This is our own private veterinary web site which is maintained and hosted by a veterinary staff team member.

We do not collect or give out any information. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us.
